Callum Sinclair

Callum oversees the project ensuring that the project targets are being delivered and aims met. The team expect him to have an answer for everything and to buy them things!

He is employed by NatureScot and based in Newton Stewart.

Sarah O'Mullan

Sarah is the project fixer and organiser and keeps the project running smoothly - managing the finances, administration, grant claims and the Project Manager!

She is employed by NatureScot and based in Clydebank.

Mark Purrmann-Charles

Mark works in Perthshire, the most southerly part of the project area, and covers the Tay catchment including the Tummel, Ericht, Isla, and Almond rivers.

He is employed by the River Tay District Salmon Fisheries Board based in Perth.

Karen Müller

Karen works in Moray covering the Spey catchment - including the mainstem of the River Spey, the Fiddich and associated tributaries.

She is employed by the Spey Fishery Board based at Knockando.

Jane Hamilton

Jane leads our project communications activities and supports our network of volunteers across the whole project area.

She is employed by the Findhorn, Nairn and Lossie Rivers Trust who are based at Logie Steading, near Forres.

Elise Cox

Elise works in Moray and covers the catchments of the Rivers Findhorn, Nairn and Lossie.

She is employed by the Findhorn, Nairn and Lossie Rivers Trust based at Logie Steading, near Forres.

Jan Simpson

Jan works in Aberdeenshire covering the Dee and the Don catchments, as well as the Cowie and Carron Waters.

She is employed by the River Dee Trust based at Dinnet, near Aboyne.

Trudi Clarke

Trudi is our most northerly officer, covering the Cromarty Firth catchments and the Rivers Ness and Beauly.

She is employed by the Cromarty Firth Fishery Board based at Contin.

Lewis Barr

Lewis works in Moray and Aberdeenshire and covers the River Deveron. Lewis and Robert work closely together across their rivers.

He is employed by the Deveron, Bogie & Isla Charitable Trust based in Huntly.

Robert Paylor

Robert works in north Aberdeenshire and covers the Rivers Ythan and Ugie. Robert and Lewis work closely together across their rivers.

He is employed by the Deveron, Bogie & Isla Charitable Trust based in Huntly.

Cat Cooper

Cat works in Angus and South Aberdeenshire and covers the North Esk, South Esk, Bervie and Lunan Water catchments.

She is employed by the the Esks Rivers and Fisheries Trust based near Brechin.

Greg Miller

Greg oversees and leads our mink monitoring and trapping in Wester Ross - a key boundary area for the project - from Ullapool.

He is employed by West Sutherland Fisheries Trust who are based in Scourie.

Katherine Leys

Kath is Activity Manager for Biodiversity and Geodiversity in NatureScot and Chair of the project Steering Group.

She is employed by NatureScot and based in Cupar.

Xavier Lambin

Xavier is a Chair of Zoology at the University of Aberdeen School of Biological Sciences.

He mainly advises our mink control work to ensure it is scientifically informed - as he has previous mink projects in North East Scotland.
